Diversitech Global is a leading source and manufacturer of private-label hand and power tools to household name high-street and online retailers.
Simon Hopper, CEO of Diversitech Global, announced plans for a major company, manufacturing and warehousing expansion.
“This move will help us meet our retailer-customers’ demands and enable us to continue providing high-quality products at competitive prices,” said Hopper. He also cited the need for increased production facilities and warehousing space as factors in this decision.
The announcement comes after year-on-year of sustained growth, despite the ongoing global health pandemic, which saw the company expand at its fastest rate in its near two decades of existence. With this development, Hopper sees that there is potential for increased demand for their private label products globally and they are prepared to fill that need with additional capacity.
Diversitech Global has completed the opening of a modern 3000sqm warehouse in Denver, Ohio, US, and just recently a relocation of its Hangzhou, China headquarters to a facility more than twice as large as the original place, with over 5300sqm of warehouse and office space.
As demand for private label manufacturing services continues to soar from online and traditional brick and mortar retailers, these office and factory moves will help the business continue its expansion.
With Diversitech Global’s recent slew of new private-label supply and sourcing agreements with established retailers in the US, Brazil, and Russia, it’s no secret that many large retailers already recognize the power of private label manufacturing. No doubt, smaller companies or start-ups looking to get a head-start in product development and chain-supply management will also want to fully part of this exciting growth opportunity.
